Our Concept

‘What is Fit & Lit?’, you may be asking yourself. 

A unique retreat created by us, Luchana Gatica, personal trainer and Buti youga instructor,  and Lyla Iljaz, NYC & Ibiza-based travel blogger, gypset expert and owner of Villa Lyla Ibiza. 

A wellness fitness retreat that focuses on Buti yoga, bands workouts, cardio vinyasa yoga flows, and butt burning excercizes. We include two classes per day and our retreats are always held in a glamorous villa in a very cool Jetset location. We serve alcohol with meals and eat an abundance of good local food and incorporate the culture of the country we are visiting. We believe that life is about balance, not depravation. We believe that with the correct balance you can achieve ultimate happiness and live your best life.

-All Buti formats incorporate spiral structure technique® used to activate our deep core muscles paired with intentional shaking & vibration to release trauma stored at the cellular level. Primal movement, cardio dance + conditioning are seamlessly woven throughout balanced yoga sequencing to give you an ALL-IN-ONE workoutthat helps you transform your BODY + SOUL. The Bonus? You’ll burn 600-1000 calories per class doing it.

We stay in luxury settings, we serve all types of healthy food including fish and meat. We drink alcohol in moderation and we explore the location we are in by doing group actives like hiking, boat trips, visiting markets, going to new beaches, nights out, and new restaurants and dancing.
Our retreat is like a custom tailored celebrity vacation with all new friends and a lot of exercise.
