The story of Fit and Lit began with a chance encounter in New York City in 2012. Luchana was teaching dynamic Buti yoga classes at Crunch Gym, where Lyla became a devoted student. Despite splitting her time between NYC and Naples, Italy, Lyla never missed Luchana’s transformative classes whenever she was in the city.
